When you win a challenge, your reward will be sent to you via PayPal, you will provide a valid PayPal account so your money reward can be sent there. You will receive an email with a form to fill after the challenge, if you are the winner: The payment will be done in 2 working days.

Just follow this process: 1 - Choose the challenge you like from the event page and get a ticket: 2 - Fill the form and get your ticket: add your Twitch ID. We will follow the channel of everyone participating and watch everyone game play during the challenge to make sure everyone is following the rules. We will also record every one game play for a double check after the challenge to get an accurate result of who the winner is. 3 - When the date of the challenge comes, start streaming at least 30 minutes before the challenge time so we can see you start the challenge from the starting point, and at the exact time.

FOR YOUR PAYMENT AND VERIFICATION When you are streaming your game play, we can see your username through your stream. We need your username to trace your email in our system. With your email we can verify the email you used to get a ticket, this way we are sure we are sending the money to the right person. TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS FOLLOWING THE RULES When you and other participant start streaming your game play to the reward website, our staff members follow the challenge of ever one to make sure every participant is following the rules, and no one is cheating, or doing something that could disrupt a fair challenge. TO PROVIDE ACCURATE RESULTS Generally, we always record every participant game play, this way we can analyze the contest at the end of the challenge, to be able to provide accurate result of who the winner of the challenge is. PROTECTION AGAINST FALSE ACCUSATION. We have to record your game play to protect all participants to be able to provide proof that each participant have played following the rules.

Some games have side quests and replay able missions. Games like: GTA 5. Some other games have no replay able missions. Game like: Assassin Creed & The Last of Us. It is very easy to set challenges for games that have replay-able missions and side quests. Because to do these challenges, you just have to select the quest in the game and do the challenge. On the other hand, games without redo-able missions can be easily done if we prepare for them in advance. All you have to do is get ready by preparing extra savings in your game. While you are gaming, before you do that mission in which the challenge has been placed, just save the game. So, when the day of the challenge comes, just go to that part of the savings and load the saved section, so you can go for the mission (challenge) win your prize.

We will follow the ongoing challenge live while all participants are streaming their game play. When the day of the challenge comes, every participant will start streaming at least 30 minutes before the challenge so we can follow up.

TIMING: WE WILL HOLD ALL CHALLENGE ONCE WE HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS IN THE LOBBY. IF THE LOBBY IS NOT FULL, THE CHALLENGE DATE WILL BE SHIFTED TO THE NEXT MONTH. ALL TICKET HOLDERS THAT ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED ON REQUEST. PLEASE CHECK OUR REFUND POLICY.
