Service Description
This page is where verified NYX NATION Partners schedule their official SORROW streams. Choose a time that fits your campaign window, confirm your channel and details, and lock in your broadcast slot. Once your stream is complete and approved, it will count toward your partner agreement and creator rewards.
Cancellation Policy
NYX NATION Partner Stream Booking Policy By booking a slot you agree to this policy, your Partner Agreement, and the SORROW Rules & Code of Conduct. 1. Eligibility Only approved NYX NATION Partners may book streams. If your partner status is paused, revoked, or expired, we may cancel your bookings. 2. Booking Book only inside your assigned campaign window and only with the channel (Twitch/YouTube, etc.) you registered with us. Each booking equals one official SORROW stream. We may limit how many active bookings you can hold at once. 3. Time and rescheduling Times are shown in [GMT+1 or your main zone]. It is your responsibility to convert correctly and go live on time. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the slot. Frequent last-minute changes may affect future campaigns. 4. No-shows and lateness If you do not go live, or start extremely late, without telling us, we may treat it as a no-show. No-shows do not count toward your required hours and may reduce or cancel your campaign fee and future eligibility. 5. Stream requirements During a booked slot: • SORROW must be the main game. • Use the required NYX NATION / SORROW overlay and tags. • Clearly mark the stream as sponsored (e.g. “#ad” or “Sponsored by NYX NATION / SORROW” and any platform tools). • Follow platform rules and our Code of Conduct. Cheating, hate speech, harassment, or similar behaviour can end your campaign and block payment. 6. Technical issues If serious technical problems (internet, platform, or game servers) stop the stream, contact us as soon as possible. We may allow you to rebook within your campaign window. Repeated “technical issues” without proof may be treated as cancellations. 7. Proof of completion We may ask for VOD links and basic stats, or use platform tools, to confirm that a booked stream happened and met the requirements. Only verified streams count toward your paid hours. 8. Misuse Do not book slots you do not intend to use, share your access, or stream non-SORROW content as if it were an official campaign stream. Do not use bots or fake engagement. Misuse can result in campaign cancellation and loss of Partner status. We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the booking system means you accept the latest version.
