REFUND POLICY

At Nyx Nation,  we strive to ensure the best experience for our users. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and the process for requesting them.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

   Tournament or Challenge Cancellation: If a tournament or challenge is cancelled by NYX NATION, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket fee.

   Postponement or Rescheduling: If a tournament or challenge is rescheduled or significantly delayed, participants will have the option to request a full refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled event.

   Technical Issues: If technical problems on our platform prevented a user from participating in a tournament or challenge, they may request a refund. The issue must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the event.

 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

 

   User-Initiated Cancellations: Once a ticket is purchased, refunds will not be granted if a user chooses not to participate in a tournament or challenge.

   Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified from a tournament or challenge due to a violation of our rules or code of conduct, they will not be eligible for a refund.

   Partial Use: Refunds will not be issued for partially used services (e.g., leaving a tournament mid-way).

 

3. Refund Request Procedure

 

  How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, submit a request through our Contact/Support Page, including the reason for the refund, proof of purchase (e.g., order number), and any relevant documentation.

  Refund Request Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of the tournament or challenge.

  Review Process: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

 

4. Refund Method and Timing

 

   Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

   Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Changes to this Refund Policy

 

   NYX NATION reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately.
