NYX NATION – Refund Policy

We value our supporters, players, and customers. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for donations, purchases, and game-related content through [www.nyxnation.com] and within SORROW: Rise of Divinity.
1. Supporter Donations (Monthly Contributions)
All donations made through our supporter program (tiers: €1.50 / €3 / €5 / €10 per month) are voluntary and treated as contributions toward game development.

Generally Non-Refundable, as they are donations.

If a transaction was made in error (e.g. accidental double charge), contact us within 7 days.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
2. Store Purchases (Merchandise & Digital Goods)
🛍️ Physical Products (e.g. Merch, Apparel):

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or wrong.
💻 Digital Products (e.g. DLC, Cosmetics, Trophies):

All digital sales are final once the item is delivered to your account.

No refunds for downloaded, activated, or consumed digital content unless:

There’s a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.

The item was purchased in error and not used, and the request is made within 48 hours.

3. Game Purchases & In-Game Currency

Refunds for in-game purchases follow the same rules as above.

Once in-game currency or content has been used or transferred, it is non-refundable.
For purchases made on external platforms (Steam, Epic, etc.), please refer to their refund policy.
4. Tournament Entry & Reward Systems
We operate in compliance with local laws regarding real-money gaming:

If your region does not permit real-money rewards, tournament rewards will be converted to in-game currency or alternative non-cash value.

We do not issue refunds due to reward type being region-restricted.

In case of a technical failure or canceled event, ticket refunds may be processed automatically.
5. Fraud, Abuse, or Exploitation
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or reverse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of our systems.

Temporarily freeze or ban accounts under investigation until the issue is resolved.
