1. Order Processing Time

  • All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Note: During product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

3. Shipping Providers

We use reliable third-party couriers including DHL, UPS, La Poste, or local partners depending on your country. A tracking number will be provided when available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to:

These fees are not included in your total price and are the responsibility of the customer. NYX NATION is not liable for any delays caused by customs.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us to confirm shipping options.

6. Order Issues & Delays

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is lost in transit

  • Has not arrived after the estimated delivery time

We will investigate and resolve the issue either with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After an order is processed, we may not be able to stop shipment.
